- Research evidences show that the treatment effects of the online cognitive behavioral therapy on depression and anxiety are the same as those of drug therapy, but avoiding the side effects of drug therapy.
- Overseas research evidences show that the treatment effect of the guiding online cognitive behavioral therapy is similar to that of traditional face-to-face counseling.
- The blended iCBT provides you with:
- 8 online modules, completing one to two lessons per week,
- 4 face-to-face counselling sessions via zoom meeting, with each counseling session lasting for about 1 hour
allowing you to learn and use various methods of cognitive behavioral therapy in eight weeks to manage and reduce depression and anxiety.
- Those with mild to moderate anxiety and or depression benefit most from it, and their anxiety and depression can be reduced significantly.
- However, those with severe depression, severe anxiety, and/or suicide risk are not suitable for the online cognitive behavioral therapy.

Transforming my thoughts can help me relieve my emotions. When being aware of my negative thoughts, I transform these thoughts. After transformation, I become happier, more relax, and less irritable. Now, I pay more attention to my catastrophic thoughts and my strengths.
I am satisfied with what I have learned in the ICBT course. I became nervous easily in the past. After completing the online modules, I know that I don’t need to “think” too much. Rather I learn to I take proper action to deal with those things that make me nervous. It is the best solution. I have such successful experience in the ICBT course! After using this service, what I have learned is about the cognitive restructuring. It is really unnecessary to always think of the worst or negative things.
In general, my emotion is getting better. Whenever I have emotional distress, I need to spend some time to go out of it. Now, it takes fewer and fewer time.
This project helps me recover faster, recover better, reduce the chance of relapse, enhance my awareness, and better understand the illness... The most important content is to teach me how to transform my thoughts, that is, don't go to a dead end... Understanding cognitive bias helps me understand my problem.
After completing the eight modules, my transformation of thoughts is much faster. Actually, negative thoughts are self-punishing. That’s treating myself badly. We should be kind towards ourselves and be kind towards others. If keeping being negative, you will get hurt.
iCBT helps me better organize my thinking process, and helps me get out of my emotional distress. The treatment effect is good, and my worry reduces from 6 points to 2 points, which is actually a big improvement... I am so impressed by the skills of transforming my thoughts. Now, I change my way of thinking, know how to protect myself, and become smart. The emotional ruler, abdominal breathing, and transforming thoughts are the three things which are used very often. They are very practical. In my opinion, the emotional scale in Lesson 1 is easy to use. I teach my kid how to use it. My kid motivates me to practice iCBT so that I can keep on teaching her.
The most impressive thing is to avoid cognitive bias. I need to talk with other. Do not hide myself… Understanding your own illness systematically and clearly, including your own shortcomings and weaknesses. Then, transforming negative thoughts, setting personal goals, and devising recovery plan...help myself to make progress slowly, and step by step... Transforming thoughts let my thoughts not be so negative and avoid cognitive bias.
