Nathan
Counselor
Summary
Counseling is a journey where we could discover people and things that may give us emotions and feelings. The counselor is a guide for helping you explore the unknown zone about yourself.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Social Science in Counselling from Hong Kong Baptist University, full member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (Membership No. M2041). During my studies, I was trained in systematic cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy and was able to use various counseling techniques to help those in need.
Currently, I am a research assistant at Hong Kong Baptist University. I specialize in youth and adult counseling. I have worked in youth centers, primary and secondary schools, non-profit organizations, and online services with children, teenagers, and parents from different cultural and social backgrounds. As a result, I can help my clients to discover and understand themselves in diverse situations and then work together towards their goals.
I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and am happy to help every one of my clients.
